The man behind the curtain
Everyone needs to start somewhere and my beginnings are back in the days of computer programming in the United States Air Force. I eventually transitioned into technical training and I've ended up in PreSales Engineering. I have learned that it takes a special set of skills to explain technical principles in ways that everyone can absorb. My goal is to help you learn to effectively communicate with everyone.
